Located on the main street in Byron Bay, this iconic family-owned butcher shop was opened in 1982 by Trevor and Chris Mead. They have since been joined by their son Graeme.
Trevor and Graeme’s extensive skill and experience with meat and their laid-back humour combine to create a unique shopping experience.
Trevor Mead Quality Meats carry the best range of BBQ products – from Trevor’s mouth-watering range of award winning sausages to his fabulous rissoles and tender juicy steaks.
Most of the meat is sourced locally and cut fresh. Their specialty products include Aged Prime Rib Steaks, Aged Standing Rib Roasts, Sweet Pork (formerly Bangalow Sweet Pork) and Local Lamb and Beef.
